REQUIRE LISTED BUILDING CONSENT?

Listed building consent is a formal application procedure, similar to planning permission, that is required for any works of alteration, including partial demolition, extension and repair to a listed building, which would affect its character.

Listed building consent is also required for any works of alteration, extension or repair listed buildings or structures within the curtilage of a listed building.

We will prepare an application to meet with your requirements, submit an application for LISTED BUILDING CONSENT and liaise with the relevant local authority.

British Listed Buildings Online

British Listed Buildings have an online database of buildings and structures that are listed as being of special architectural and historic interest.
